Digital Service Nature
Eventa.vip provides digital products and services including:
- event invitation pages;
- RSVP management tools;
- WhatsApp communication tools;
- guest management systems;
- digital event hosting features;
- premium event packages;
- onboarding and setup services.
As many of these services are digital and may begin processing immediately after activation, refunds may not always be available once service delivery has started.
Free Plans and Trial Usage
Certain Eventa.vip features may be available free of charge or under promotional access.
No refund applies to free plans, free credits, complimentary trials, or promotional packages.
Subscription and Package Purchases
For paid subscriptions, premium event packages, or one-time purchases:
- fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered;
- unused quotas, unused guest slots, unused WhatsApp credits, or partially used package benefits are typically not refundable;
- package validity periods, if applicable, will follow the terms shown during purchase.
Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified technical issue, duplicate payment, or processing error, Eventa.vip may review and process an appropriate refund or account adjustment.
Requests must include relevant transaction details and proof of payment.
Failed Service Delivery
If a purchased service cannot be delivered due to a confirmed issue caused directly by Eventa.vip, we may:
- provide a replacement service;
- extend service duration;
- provide account credits; or
- issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Third-Party Charges
Certain payments processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, FPX providers, DuitNow QR providers, or messaging providers may include transaction fees or external charges.
Such third-party charges may not be refundable.
Eventa.vip is not responsible for delays, reversals, or processing restrictions imposed by external financial providers.
Cancellation Requests
Users may request cancellation of subscriptions or services before renewal or before service activation where applicable.
Cancellation requests do not automatically guarantee refunds for previously paid periods or completed service delivery.
Event Host Responsibilities
Event organisers using Eventa.vip are responsible for:
- managing their own guest refund arrangements;
- handling their own event cancellations;
- communicating directly with their attendees where required.
Unless specifically stated, Eventa.vip is not responsible for refunds between event organisers and their guests.
Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Refund requests associated with abuse, excessive chargebacks, fraudulent activity, spam activity, policy violations, or misuse of the platform may be rejected.
Eventa.vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious payment behaviour.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through a bank or payment provider:
- access to certain services may be temporarily restricted during investigation;
- supporting records and transaction logs may be provided to the payment provider;
- unresolved disputes may result in account limitations or termination.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, may require several business days to process depending on:
- payment gateway processing;
- banking systems;
- FPX or DuitNow processing timelines;
- card issuer or financial institution policies.
