You agree to provide accurate event information, guest information, contact details, pricing details, payment instructions, media content, and any other information published through your event page.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Eventa.vip for:
- unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful activity;
- publishing false or deceptive event information;
- uploading content that you do not own or do not have permission to use;
- sending spam, harassment, threats, or unwanted communications;
- collecting personal data without proper consent;
- disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform;
- violating any applicable Malaysian laws or regulations.
Event Content
You are responsible for the content published on your event pages, including text, images, videos, guest messages, RSVP information, location details, schedules, pricing, payment instructions, and downloadable materials.
Eventa.vip may remove or restrict access to content that is reported, unlawful, inappropriate, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.
Guest Data and Communications
Eventa.vip may allow event hosts to collect guest names, phone numbers, RSVP responses, messages, media uploads, and other event-related details.
You agree to use guest information only for legitimate event-related purposes and to comply with applicable personal data protection requirements.
If you use WhatsApp blast, reminder, or notification features, you are responsible for ensuring that recipients have agreed to receive event-related messages.
Payments and Subscriptions
Some Eventa.vip features may be free, while others may require payment, subscription, package purchase, or custom service charges.
All fees, packages, quotas, limits, and renewal terms will be shown on the relevant pricing, checkout, invoice, or quotation page where applicable.
